Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or outside the US at this time.

Where your order ships from

Every order ships from a US warehouse with tracking. Some items ship from different warehouses, so an order with more than one item can arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

What shipping costs

Free: hardwood peels and boards, the Flour & Herbs pizza making gift box, every bundle, and any order of $299 or more (which includes the Lil Luigi oven kit). Free shipping on orders of $299 or more is applied automatically at checkout.

Le Peppe oven: UPS Ground from Illinois, about $23 to $55 depending on your state. Examples from live quotes in October 2026: $22.87 to Chicago, $37.87 to New York or Dallas, $54.75 to San Mateo, California.

Tools and accessories: UPS Ground from Illinois, about $20 to $25 on their own. Free when added to an order of $299 or more.

Dough mixes: about $7 to $9 by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Flour & Herbs orders of $49 or more ship free.

Digital guides: no shipping. Delivered by email right after checkout.

Every product page lists its shipping cost, and checkout shows the exact amount for your address before you pay.

How long it takes

Pizza ovens, tools, and accessories: usually leave the warehouse in 1 to 3 business days, then 1 to 5 business days by UPS Ground.

Hardwood peels and paddles: made to order, usually ship in 3 to 5 business days, then 2 to 6 business days in transit.

Dough mixes: usually ship within 1 to 3 business days.

Digital guides: by email within minutes of checkout.

You get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders

Carriers get busy in November and December. For delivery by Christmas, order made to order peels by December 9 and ovens, tools, and dough by December 14. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. The Pizza Night at Home guide arrives by email in minutes and makes a good last minute gift.

Large items

Ovens arrive by UPS Ground in a large box. Please check the box for damage before opening it fully, keep the packaging, and contact us right away with photos if anything is damaged.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, or your package says delivered but you cannot find it, email pizzanightsupply@gmail.com or use our Contact page and we will work with the carrier to sort it out.
