Returns and Refunds

Here is how returns work. If anything below is unclear, email us at pizzanightsupply@gmail.com and ask.

30 day returns on gear

For ovens, peels, tools, and other gear, you can ask for a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused (for ovens, this means no fire has been lit in it)
  • In its original packaging, with all parts, manuals, and accessories

Food items are final sale

Dough mixes and other food items can't be returned once they ship, since food can't be resold. If a food item arrives damaged, wrong, or with a broken seal, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or a refund.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not mail anything back before you hear from us. Returns go back to the warehouse your order shipped from, so we will send you the right return address and instructions.

Return shipping

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we cover return shipping and send you a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
  • Changed your mind: you pay for return shipping. If we provide a return label, its cost is taken out of your refund.

Damaged in shipping

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and the box. Keep the packaging until your claim is settled. For large items delivered by freight, inspect the boxes before you sign, and write any damage on the delivery receipt.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches the warehouse and is checked, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was damaged, defective, or wrong.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Orders that have already shipped follow the return steps above.

Digital products

Our downloadable guides are delivered right away, so all sales of digital products are final. If your file will not open or download, contact us and we will send it again.
