Pizza Peels

A good peel is the difference between a pizza that slides into the oven and one that folds in half on the way in. Our hardwood peels are made to order in Ohio from solid cherry, maple, or walnut, 0.75 inches thick, and they ship free to the lower 48 states.

The 17 x 12 inch hardwood peel fits most home ovens and portable pizza ovens. The 22 x 16 inch size is for bigger pizzas and serving, so measure your oven door first. The round paddle is mostly a serving board, and the big walnut peel makes a nice gift.
