Pizza Night Supply is a small shop in San Mateo, California. We sell the gear that makes homemade pizza better, and not much else.
Most homemade pizza problems come down to a few fixable things. The stone isn't hot enough, the dough didn't get enough time, or the pizza sticks to the peel on the way in. We carry the stuff that fixes those, and we try to explain how to use it in plain English.
What we sell
Two portable wood fired ovens, including the Lil Luigi kit, which is $299 with free shipping while this closeout model lasts. Hardwood peels and serving boards made to order in Ohio, in cherry, maple, or walnut. A pizza stone, an infrared thermometer, and a few other tools. Dough mixes from small US makers, including a certified gluten free one. And our own dough guide, Pizza Night at Home, which is free when you join our email list.
How orders work
Everything ships from within the US, with tracking. Some items ship from different places, so an order with a few things in it can arrive in more than one box. Every product page shows what shipping costs, and checkout shows the exact amount before you pay. Unused gear can come back within 30 days of delivery.
