The Lil Luigi, the hardwood peels, and the gift box all ship free. Unused gear can come back within 30 days. And when you email us, you’ll hear back within one business day.

Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the lower 48 states. Not Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US yet. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
How long will it take?
Ovens and tools usually ship in 1 to 3 business days and take 1 to 5 more by UPS Ground. Hardwood peels are made to order, so they take a little longer: 3 to 5 business days to ship, then 2 to 6 in transit.
What does shipping cost?
The Lil Luigi, the hardwood peels and boards, the Flour & Herbs gift box, and any order of $299 or more ship free. The Le Peppe oven runs about $23 to $55 depending on your state, and dough mixes about $7 to $9. Checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.
Why is the Lil Luigi $100 less here than on Amazon?
The model is being cleared out, and we’d rather pass that on than keep it. It’s the same new kit, with the cover, bag, and tools in the box. When we checked on October 22, 2026, Amazon had it at $399.99.
Do I need a pizza oven?
No. A stone in a regular oven, heated at the highest setting for 45 to 60 minutes, gets you a lot closer to pizzeria crust. A pizza oven just gets much hotter, so a pizza bakes in a couple of minutes.
Why did my order come in two boxes?
Some things ship from different places in the US, so an order with more than one item can show up in separate boxes. Each box gets its own tracking number.
Can I use an outdoor pizza oven inside?
No. Wood and charcoal ovens give off carbon monoxide, so they’re for outdoors only. Always follow your oven’s manual.
